Prius hibrida plug-in

Prius plug-in hybrid (ZVW35) taken from the Prius Liftback base with the addition of 4.4 kWh lithium-ion battery that can be used for a distance of 23 km (14.3 mi).  global demonstration program involving 600 cars this car test pre -production located in Japan, Europe, Canada, China, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. 

Toyota launched the production version at the event Franfurt Motor Show in September 2011. In Japan alone, the car is officially on sale late January 2012,  followed by the United States in late February. Toyota announced that as a start, they are targeting to sell 15,000 units of the Prius plug-in hybrids per year for the United States market  in Europe, the Prius went on sale in June 2012 followed by the UK market in August 2012 

Prius v

At the North American International Auto Show in January 2011, Toyota showed the Prius v, a wagon hatchback with a larger cargo capacity than the Prius Liftback base taken the third generation. In May 2011, Toyota launched the Prius α in Japan, available in versions 2 and 3 rows of seats.  Toyota Prius  be the basis for the Prius v, which was launched in the United States in October 2011 in Europe, the version of Prius this was launched in June 2012 and named Prius + (plus). 

Prius c

Toyota introduced the Prius c concept car at the North American International Auto Show in January 2011 Prius c cost less and are smaller than the Prius Liftback. The production version was introduced at the Tokyo Motor Show 2011 with the name Toyota Aqua.  Prius c released in the United States and Canada in March 2012,  and New Zealand as well as Australia in April of the same year. the high demand of the Prius c in Japan and the United States makes its availability is limited.  The Prius c will not be sold in Europe, and instead they launch the Toyota Yaris Hybrid there since June 2012  c Prius and Yaris Hybrid uses the same powertrain.
